Refund policy

for all returns:

• Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
• All original tags and gift bags must be attached.
• You must email us a copy of a valid receipt.

Returns of Regular Priced Items: You may return an item for a full refund within 7 business days from the delivery date. After 7 days, we will no longer accept returns. We do not cover the return shipping fees. After receiving your unworn faero item, we will issue a refund.

Exchanges: We recommend returning your order and placing a new order as we are not able to offer exchanges online.

Final Sale Items: Returns are not offered on items marked on sale.
